Are you feeling unmotivated? Finding it hard to get going? Maybe feeling a bit stuck?
I can relate. Look, life is full of mountains and valleys. Times that fly by and times that drag on. The older we get the more stale these cycles can become. Fact is, this is when most midlife crises happen.
Whenever I am feeling stuck it’s helpful to know what gives me energy. It might be a hug from my wife, a playdate with my grandkids, a hike with old friends. It might be writing the script for the MVG FWD reels…
The point is you have to have an answer to the question to know what you might need to do or start doing whenever you start feeling stuck or unmotivated.
Here’s the challenge: create a note on your smartphone and title it “What gives me energy?” As you go through the coming days, weeks, months try to be aware of those things that give you energy and those things that drain your energy.
There is so much you have control over and motivation is one of them.
